Returns & Refunds Policy

At Nags To Riches, we’re proud of the products we sell and we want you to love them too.
However, if something isn’t quite right with your order, please get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving it. 

Refunds / Replacements / Store Credit will be given if:

• The product is faulty
  
• The product has been wrongly described
  
• The product differs significantly from a sample shown
  
• The product is significantly damaged during transit

If you believe there’s a problem with your order, please contact us at office@nagstoriches.com.au with a description of the issue and clear photos.

Change of mind

• We do not offer refunds for change of mind or ordering the wrong item, so please choose carefully.
  

How it works

• Once we receive your photos and explanation, we’ll assess the situation and let you know the next steps.
  
• Usually, we’ll offer you the choice of a refund, replacement, or store credit – whichever suits you best.
  
• Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
• Replacements will be organised and shipped out to you.Store credits will be issued as a coupon you can use next time you shop with us.
